PLEASE HELP UPDATE WIKIHISTORY

Wikihistory has become a major resource in the documentation of our planetary history. Years have been spent pulling information from public resources. The foundation has now been laid and we need your help in adding history of which you may have an expertise. Or, perhaps you see areas where we were simply wrong, or have not added important information. Rather than apologize, as this has been the work of only a few people, we would ask your help in updating the site. It was password protected for years to stop malicious spamming by robots. Please email me at tedc [at] science [dot] org if you would like the password to begin editing.

If you want to make changes for which you believe there are errors, particularly in dates, understand that others may believe differently. Rather than present one view, we want to present alternative views. Add the new information and mark it as an alternative view, and perhaps explain why your view is different from the one initially input. This will provide a more meaningful resource.

If you find a page that has been damaged by vandals, click the History tab, find the original correct text, and restore it please.
